Travel Credits: When available, any credit issued may be used for your travel purposes only. If you redeem such a credit, you must pay any applicable fare difference and associated fees.

Service Fees: SuccessLink Ventures acts as a primary booking platform for car rental and flight services and does not charge any fees. In all cancellation procedures, we are not liable for any refund of the service fees charged at the time of the booking.

Trip Protection: If you haven’t taken your flight or car rental reservations and have informed our agents about the cancellation, you may be eligible for a trip protection refund if applicable, as per the protection plan.

Fees and Penalties

Carrier Penalties: The airline or car rental company may levy a penalty if they determine that a refund request is invalid according to their policies. Additionally, you will be charged applicable service fees, which vary depending on the ticket type and number of passengers.

Service Fee Refunds: If your cancellation and refund request is not accepted by the airline or car rental company, SuccessLink Ventures may refund the service fee charged during ticket booking, minus any booking fees that were applied at the time of reservation.
