Price Match Promise

SuccessLink Ventures wants you to fly smoothly at the best possible price.

It is possible that you can find a reduced fare, which includes taxes and fees for the same flight itinerary on a major online travel agency (OTA) within 24 hours of your booking with SuccessLink Ventures. In such cases, we will either;

• Fulfill the reduced rate by refunding the difference in fare, or
• Cancel the booking completely and issue a complete refund if you prefer.

We are committed to this in our Price Match Promise.

What is the Meaning of “Same Itinerary”?

Your booking must match these factors to qualify:

• Origin, destination, and connections
• Number of Travelers
• Airline(s) and flight number(s)
• Travel dates and times
• Cabin class/seat type

What is the Meaning of “Offered and Available for Booking”?

The lower fare has to fulfill the following requirements:

• When you are submitting your claim, the fare must be live on the competitor’s public website.
• It must be available for booking to everyone.
• The customer care service team of SuccessLink Ventures must be able to verify it in real-time.

How Can You Make a Price Match Claim?

If you want to submit a price match claim, you must connect with SuccessLink Ventures within 24 hours of booking. Make sure to follow these steps:

1. Email us at connect@successlinkventures.com or Call at (877) 799-2356.
2. Give the booking reference number of SuccessLink Ventures
3. Provide details of the lower fare, which includes:
   • Airline name(s) and flight number(s)
   • Complete itinerary (dates, times, passengers, seat type), and
   • The direct URL or screenshot clearly showing the fare.
4. Our customer service team will verify the fare

If it is approved by us, you can either:

• Get a refund of the price difference and keep your booking, or
• Cancel the booking and get a complete refund

What is Excluded from the Price Match Promise?

From the Price Match Promise, SuccessLink Ventures excludes the following fare types:

• Consolidator, negotiated, corporate, group fares
• Fares received from coupons, private client sales, reward programs, or promotions
• Tickets from bidding or auction websites
• Military, government, student, or bulk fares
• Pricing mistakes or obvious errors
• Vacation packages or opaque fares (this is where the airline information remains hidden unless purchased)
• Low-cost carrier (LCC) fares

Additional Terms

• Our Price Match Promise can only be applied to one claim per booking.
• The refund or adjustments will be initiated to the original form of payment.
• We have the right to reject your claims when the details shared are not verifiable.
• In case of disputes, our decisions will be final.
